Doug grew-up along the Jersey shore. His father taught him his first painting skills, while maintaining the family home on the Manasquan River in Brielle, New Jersey.

Cara started painting when she was a small girl growing up in Dixon , Illinois . She painted her first mural when she was 13. It was a 6-color rainbow that wrapped her bedroom in color. Her imagination is limitless; and her motto is "Anything is possible, when you decide to decorate with paint."

Cara is an award winning graphic designer and is a 1994 graduate of the University of California , Digital Publication Design 2-year Certificate Program. She has volunteered her time to city schools in San Diego , and now devotes her time to the fine arts and painting for Belding Painting.
